Eversley Mark presentation to Halsey House minibus appeal

On Thursday the 26th March W.Bro. Martin Gude and three other members of Eversley Mark 717 visited "Halsey House" the Royal British Legion Care Home in Cromer for the purpose of presenting a cheque for £500 as a donation towards their Mini bus appeal. They have an old bus at present but it no longer meets their needs - primarily day trips, to take residents to hospital for day treatment and especially to take residents down to London for the annual British Legion ceremony at the Albert Hall.

The photo shows from left to right the W.M. John Evans presenting the cheque to Sally Mills the Home Manager, W.Bro. Richard Callaby our Charity Steward, W. Bro. David Stevens and seated W. Bro. Bill Taylor who is a resident of the Home. W.Bro. Martin Gude of course was on the other side of the camera!
