Geoffrey Dicker Lodge of RAM No 1906

RAM Installation

We had the opportunity to celebrate the installation of W.Bro Bill Dastur as Commander of the Lodge. An exemplary ceremony carried out by past commander W.Bro Ron Mclean, it was a lesson in delivery, a lesson in tempo and a delight to witness.

The Worshipful Commander, an experienced mason appointed and invested his officers, and then faultlessly closed his lodge and we retired to a light lunch and much fellowship and camaraderie. The usual toasts were honoured, the WCN stating his pleasure at the day, and mentioning most kindly that the PGM was “quite” good company.

It was a great day for the partnership we enjoy with the Provincial Grand Lodge of Cambridgeshire (Craft), continuing to cement closer ties to the craft which we in East Anglia enjoy.
